In our busy existence we are constantly running from one place to another. Everything we want to reach, actually has to be reached. This means we pressure ourselves a lot more and we are less balanced. Next to physical balance, Thermae 2OOO also gives attention to balance from within you. The last one is done by means of workshops Mindfulness and Watsu treatments

Mindfulness in our pyramid
Mindfulness is for people who want to structurally learn to deal with the inevitable stress of daily life. You will learn to find peace and clarity within yourself. The acquired techniques can offer you a great deal of support, not just in times of calmness, but also in times of stress. After all, you will have learned to deal with restlessness while keeping your head above water. Instead of continuously focusing on future goals, you will learn to be open to the 'present'.

Relaxing can also be intensive
Watsu (or Water Shiatsu) is a deep relaxation method in water that has the same temperature as the human body. It is based on Asian pressure point and massage techniques. You will be carried, rhythmically moved and massaged with extra attention while floating in extra heated water. The spine and joints are moved flexibly and your entire body is stretched in flowing movements. Put your mind and body to rest, so you will feel relaxed and refreshed after the treatment.
