•    1 coin for the use of the Easy Relax massage chair in the relax movie theatre
•    All other consumptions will be charged separately

8-hour meeting package for  €51,50 p.p.
•    Room rent

•    Extensive lunchbuffet in our restaurant Pure

24-hour meeting package for   € 175,00 p.p.
•    Room rent

•    Extensive lunchbuffet in our restaurant Pure
•    3-course dinner, especially elaborated by our chef

•    Luxurious breakfast buffet in our restaurant Pure
•    2 days access to the facilities of Thermae 2OOO, amongst which the thermal indoor and outdoor pools, the extended sauna landscape, whirlpools and the opportunity to take part of our special activity program: with a.o. ThermaeMotion, ThermaeVitaal, Thermae floating and the pouring sessions in the sauna’s (on the day of arrival and departure)
•    Use of bathrobe, towel and flip flops
•    1 coin for the use of the kinjoy shiatsu massage chair in the relax movie theatre

 This rate excludes tourist taxes of  € 1,75 per person per night. On Saturday evening, a supplement of  € 70,00 will be asked per room.

Relaxation
Besides meeting, there is a world of wellness that awaits you and offers you the opportunity to relax, rebalance , refresh and recharge yourselves.

Thermae Energy
This is our refreshment buffet that is designed in order to boost up your energy level. It consists of a variety of fresh fruits and healthy snacks.

On-site Massage
We offer you the unique opportunity to settle (and reserve) an on-site massage. This massage will offer you about 10 minutes of relaxation, and is especially designed to take place, without having to take the clothes off. The charge will be an additional   € 15,00 per person.

Treatments in our Wellness centrum
If you would desire to experience a specific treatment of our skin and body care offer, we advise you to reserve largely in advance, in order to prevent any disappointments. For reservations, please dial 0031-(0)43 609 20 01.

Parking
Our hotel disposes of a parking lot. The costs for parking are   € 7,50 per day, or per night stay over in case of hotel guests.
From 1 December 2009 € 8,50 per car per night

Restaurant Pure
Our 24-hour meeting package includes a 3-course dinner in restaurant Pure.
This menu is especially designed by our chef and changes every season. During a candle light dinner, you can overlook the wonderful South Limburg Hills whilst savoring our delicious and fresh local dishes. During the summer months, you have the possibility to dine or have breakfast on our terrace. If desired, we offer you the possibility to reserve a dinner, additionally to the 4- or 8-hour meeting package. The price for our fantastic 3-course dinner is of  € 39,- per person.

Conditions for annulations
The Uniform Conditions of Horeca (UVH) are valid for all our transactions. In case of ‘no show’, we will have to charge the costs of the reservations. At reservation, you will have to make a down payment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation.  When the reservation is final, an invoice will be sent to you in order to settle the down payment.
